Wage: $31.00 to $35.00 / Hour Benefits: Disability benefits, Medical benefits, Dental benefits, Profit-sharing Bonus, Hours: 44 Hours / Week Terms of employment: Seasonal, Full time, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime required Job Location: Various locations in Edmonton, AB and surrounding area SKILLS Education: No degree, certificate or diploma Experience: 3 years of relevant experience Languages: English Personal Suitability: Team player Specific Skills: • Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade, • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete, • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools, • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, • Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures, • Level earth to fine grade specifications, • May assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction (water main and sewer construction), • Set and install concrete structures, • Place and finish concrete within and around concrete structures (manholes, storm management structures).
